Currently we require a deposit for online bookings. All bookings made in the salon do not (at this stage) require a deposit.
We understand life gets in the way, however ask you to give us as much notice as you can, if you can! We aim to be as understanding as possible, however repeat late cancellations or no shows will be required to pay a deposit prior to booking. We will happily transfer your deposit to your next appointment if you let us know, but no shows will be charged the full deposit amount and be required to pay the deposit again when next booking.
Maybe! Depending on how late you are and what appointments we have following, we may or may not be able to complete your booking. We will aim to do as much of your service as we can, however if unable we will ask you to re-book.
Yes, we will happily provide a service for you if we have the time in our schedule, but do prefer prior bookings if possible. You can jump on to our online booking portal (using the link on this website) to see if we have anything available – it might save you an unnecessary drive!
Generally speaking, we would prefer you to leave your children at home. Older children or those who are happy to sit quietly while they wait are welcome.
Yes! Most of our treatments are perfectly safe for pregnant women. Facial peels, microdermabrasion, and skin needling are better left until after baby arrives, as your delicate skin during this time can be prone to irritation. Feel free to call the salon and discuss with one of our therapists if you have any questions.
Sure do! We have a waxing menu specifically for men, and are happy to do skin and massage treatments too.
Acne medication such as accutane, retin-a, tretinoin (and more!) thin the skin and therefore make the skin more prone to lifting during the waxing process. If you have been on this medication and have recently stopped, please call and speak to one of our therapists to determine suitability.
